Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that, you will be able to click: TRACK YOUR ORDER to track the shipment status.
Due to international transportation, it takes 2-5 business days for the package to process and arrive at the airport of the international shipping center. The shipping information will not be updated until the package arrives at the international shipping center and is scanned.
If you have left the wrong shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours. Please note that it is the responsibility of the customers to enter their shipping address correctly. If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at info@galaxgrace.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
