Return and Refund Policy
At GalaxGrace, you may return or exchange an item within the first 7 days of your receipt. We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee, which means if you simply don’t like your item, you can just request a return or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Damages caused by regular wear do not qualify for a replacement.
The cost of return shipping is not included, you have to cover shipment if you wish to return an item. Return shipping costs vary depending on the product weight, your shipping location, and the express delivery you choose.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You’ll receive a refund once we receive the item back. (Note: Please do not return your purchase to the address shown on the package.)
Free items from special offers are final sale, please note that returns and exchanges are not available in this case.

When can I get my refunds?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.

What if refunds are late or missing?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Is the free item refundable or replaceable?
Only regular priced items may be refunded or replaced, unfortunately free items cannot be refunded or replaced.
Do I pay for shipping on returns?
To return your product, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost we paid for previous shipping will be deducted from your refund.
What if I want to change it when I receive the product?
You will be responsible for both the shipping costs of delivering back the previous product and reshipping the replacement product.
What if the item is defective or damaged when I open the parcel?
Providing the unpacking video (essential), and if the item is damaged, you can choose to refund or exchange. If you choose a refund, we will issue a full refund within 7 working days. If you choose to exchange, we will resend a same item and bear the shipping fee. Please note that after an exchange is made, the item(s) do not qualify for refunds.
Which carrier shall I choose if I want to ship back the item and get a refund?
You may use your own shipping method. We highly recommend using a shipper who provides a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Please be sure to retain this tracking number for your records. GalaxGrace is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier.
Can I cancel my order?
If you ordered by accident or simply changed your mind, let us know ASAP. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund.
